2.2 Pricing & Availability – Prices are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep inventory updated, but availability is not guaranteed.
2.3 Custom Orders – For custom cabinetry projects, specifications and pricing will be confirmed upon order approval. Custom orders may require additional lead times.

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1 Placing an Order – By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal authority to make the purchase.
3.2 Payment Terms – Payments must be made in full before order processing begins unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, bank transfers, and financing options (if applicable).
3.3 Order Confirmation – An order confirmation does not signify acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
3.4 Cancellations & Modifications – Custom orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun. Standard product orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Terms – Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by unforeseen delays. Losterwood Miami is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
4.2 Delivery Acceptance – Upon delivery, the recipient is responsible for inspecting products. Any visible damage must be reported immediately.
4.3 Risk of Loss – Once the order has been delivered, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

5. Returns & Warranty

5.1 Return Policy – Due to the nature of custom cabinetry, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5.2 Defective or Damaged Products – If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or repair.
5.3 Warranty Coverage – We provide a limited manufacturer’s warranty on all cabinetry products covering material defects and workmanship issues. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership – All website content, including text, images, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Losterwood Miami or its licensors.
